From Traunstein Culinary Academy to Michelin Star kitchens, Chef Alex's journey has taken him from Germany, to Japan and back to the US. His sterling credits include the grand opening the Venetian in Vegas and creating "Flying Pig Sausage Company". Finished hopping around the world and sharing his talents with New York, Las Vegas and Chicago in the US, Chef Alex now makes his home with his family in Huntsville bringing a world of experience to the Trilogy Hotel.
